the count down begins

i can not believe there is less than 3 weeks till christmas. omgosh, i have so much to do and so little time lol, have gifts to make, will be sending out a few elf packages this week so watch and see if your getting one of them LOL i finished anothe scarf and am not working on the shawl i have a order for. is actually going quite fast.

today spent most of the day at mil's, we were there like 5 hours, but hubby was doing some small work for them, so we visited. i set her christmas tree up for her is a very small like 18 inches. but is actually very cute. i got it for a song last summer on clearance. my most favorite way to shop.

next week i better have most of the gifts bought cause i will start baking, i make some many different things i am having a hard time deciding what to make. the obvious such as sugar cookies, candy cane cookies. which i add anise flavor so it tastes like licorce', is a family recipe that everyone adores. along with italian angel cookies. now i do not make them the way hubbys mom and grandma did, they use to use the whole kitchen table to make them. literly hundreds of cookies, i would collapse LOL. well i am off to bed as dd just walked into the house and i am going to sleep now, had a hard time staying awake this long hehehe. tomorrow i promise to blog and maybe even post some recipies. hehehe. you all take care and we will see ya soon huggggggs to ya all and to all a good night hehe
