i was soooooooo bad tonight. hehe, i decided to look on e-bay for some material for a dear friend, well after she got off the web(smart girl) i kept surfing the e-bay site. somehow it brought me to the yarn department once again
gosh is nice to get to spend a little money on my favorite thing, this will probably be my last buying for a while as i have to save up for some summer things and will not have a extra 50.00 to buy yarn when i need to save up for plants and such. i will wait till i get the yarns and then take a picture of it all. where am i going to put it all. gosh i am bad bad bad!:)silly too, but thats part of the fun, i also finished another shawl, means i have made 3 in less than 4 days(would have had that last one done, but i fell asleep) am also almost done with another poncho, this one is for my sp i hope she likes it. its going to be part of my reveal package. i am hoping i hear from my sp soon besides just e-cards, while those are nice, is frustrating to see everyone getting stuff and i have not recieved anything/ she says she sent me a package so wll see when that comes. i am sure i will love it whatever it is. will be sending the shawl i made to becky off this week too. hope she likes it also. these swaps have been alot of fun and i signed up for the summer scarf one, i should have no problem with that as i am always making scarfs both fancy smancy ones and also more heavier traditional ones. although for the swap its for light weight. got just the yarn i need too. hehehehehe
this weekend was spent working. friday night went through my craft room and got rid of some stuff to make room for new stuff, but now since i bought more, i need to go through it and delete more of the stock, mostly have homes for most of it, but there is a bit that is looking for a new home, only requirment is pre paid postage as i can not afford to send without getting it back and since i have been stiffed many times on that area , unfortenetly will have to ask for the money ahead of time. if you are intersted in any yarn i might not need please either e-mail me( my e-mail addy is on the forum, just look for my name and when it says to send a e-mail use that option) or just post a note and i will read it and see. then leave me your name and if you want some of it and we can work it out that way. i have many colors although as i said some has already been claimed and some i am keeping as i have projects lined up(like with what i got from robert lol)that is staying.
is it spring at your house, it is at mine, tomorrow will go out and take a few flower pictures and show you how my yard is starting to come to life. my most favorite of the plants are the flowering trees and shrubs, the star magnolia, which we got for less than 5.00 few years ago is so pretty. flowers are coming out and the frangrance is awesome. wish you all could smell how good it smells
the tulips and daffodils also are blooming like crazy, as well as our camelia bush, this poor thing was knocked over in the winter from a ice storm/snow storm and if i had not gone out there and knocked it all off (the snow and ice) the bush would have died. as it was it broke one of the feeder roots, but so far the main plant looks very healthy.
am almost done with another animal backpack, its a kitty this time and is actually darling even if i do say so myself., again hope to finish that within the week and post it also. i have many ideas i want to make, one being a patch work free form purse for myself(although i know i will probably end up giving it away anyways!!!) i almost always do when i make something special. although have been trying to sell alot of things too, been busy making more and more for the summer farmers market. it should be a lot of fun and hopefully a money maker for myself. lol

Hey, good for you! Cleaning out the craft room is a huge job! Isn't it great to have some nice days weather wise? A big storm is coming into the bay area tonight. It looks like more rain. boo!
