halloween party

well my son had his halloween party and while it was loud it was fun,. we were going to go out, but decided to just stay home as my back was hurting(what else is new!!!) and while we were playing one of the games, he had this huge spider tacked up on the ceiling , that when you clapped your hands loud it came down fast, well last night one of the kids clapped and the stupid thing fell and almost hit me in the head, must be a wierd thing, cause last year son was the one who got bonked on the head with a flashing pumpkin hehe, but i jerked back for some reason and no one was hurt so thats a good thing. he cleaned the house up today as part of the agreement. so all is well


its getting so cold outside i know we are going to have a early winter. even shadow with his long fur wanted to go into the garage tonight hehehe

i sat around and did next to nothing today. slept in till 9 oclock which is sooo unusal for me and then about 12 layed down and fell back asleep. gosh wonder whats going on, could it be, nooooooo not old age hehehe. omgosh tonight there was a couple kids walking down the road throwing firecrackers which pissed me off b ig time cause i knew it would scare the cats. and sure enough little itsy was outfront looking to hide. i got her back in the yard and she sat in papas lap and fell asleep there like a good girl. hubby sat in the "cathouse" hehe the recroom tonight and just sat and listened to music but it was to cold for me so i stayed inside, i told him if he wanted to start a fire now that was another story but he said no , not tonight so i said fine not coming out :D he was not happy but OHWELL, i can't deal with the cold anymore,. my old bones hurt so bad is not even funny. makes me wonder how much arthritis i do have. i think i am better off not knowing hehehe did work a bit on some comfortghan squares and seriously need to get back to the jolly roger sweater.. i just am not in the mood really. not sure why. all i want to do is laydown and listen to music and read a good book, while there is nothing wrong with that. it sure don't get any work done. well i have decided for sure
that i am going to go through my yarn stash and destash until i can fit it all in the yarn room as i call my craft room(since thats all thats in there hehe) so will be posting both here and on the forums i frequent so that if ya all are interested let me know and i might even sign up for that program that pays for ya, oh yea paypal see am getting old lol. since it would be a easy and fair way to sell it and for people to buy it.hint hint hint i am bad i know, as i have promised but i truly am trying to organize it. please all have patience. as i will get to it for sure.



tomorrow is another day i wonder if i will get anything done then either lol seems like when the weekend comes i am to tired to do much. maybe i am anemic, well have a doc appointment coming soon so will see what he says.


i was given the 3 other people i will be swapping christmas ornaments with and it is going to be fun i know.



has anyone beside my friend donna(buggaboosmommy) finished their christmas shopping. that girl is done in july or earlier. i need her to be my personal shopper i think hehe




i need to make a list actually since there is not many i buy or make for anymore just my own family hubby kids mil/fil and my youngest sister nance and her family, the others sometimes i will give them something small but i don't goout of my way anymore to buy exepsive gifts as most of my family dont evnen give a rip, and while i don't expect them to gush it would be nice to have a thanks or hey i got it(i not only spent the money to buy and wrap the gifts but also to ship them where they need to be) so it would be nice to have a little appreciation.



oh well thats not what christmas is for, gifts are not my focal point , and while i have taught my kids that there is alot more than presents, they are kids and while adult kids,they do appreciate what i make. in fact dd is getting almost completely home made or hand made items, i bought her a small purse from a shop on etsy.com, novelty creations, this site is made by a artist right here in washington, and she is very dependable. she makes alot of bags and some other things so if you are interested. look her up, i also bought another larger bag tonight for dd for christmas for her art supplies, what is nice is it matches the purse listed on a previous post. so far i have those 2 things and the jolly roger sweater and a cute penguin blanket i am going to make her. now for something small like a cd or something and she is good to go. son now is another story although have a few things for him although most of that will go towards his b-day which is next month wow i can't believe it, my son is going to be 25 a quarter of a century old whoaaa makes me old don't it hehehe



well best get my rear in gear and get back to crocheting at least finish the squares for the person i am making for on the ville. i hope ya all have a great day tomorrow, don't forget (unless your in arizona) set your clocks back a hour, yea a extra hour to get to sleep woooohoooo. think i will sleep in? highly doubtful, just will wake up earlier grrrrrrrrrrrrr oh well my kitties will thank me. hubby might not though hehe, most nights i end up back out in the living room anyways so i will maybe just sleep out there anyways and that way won't disturbe him, (maybe , i might try and just stay in my own bed)
